Highlights

• ⏰ Expanded Time & Attendance Support: We've significantly expanded our Time & Attendance capabilities. You can now sync timesheets from BambooHR and Paycom. The timesheet model now includes a timezone field, and a new action is available to approve or reject timesheets directly via the API.
• 🤝 HiBob: We now support HiBob's newer Hire API for creating employees. This provides a more robust and efficient way to provision new hires, ensuring better data consistency.
• 🛰️ Use Remote IDs in Create Employee Forms: You can now use your own remote IDs (e.g., remote:dept-123) when filling single-select and multi-select fields in the create-employee form. This simplifies the process by removing the need to first map your internal IDs to Kombo IDs.

Other Updates

• 📄 HRworks: You can now upload employee documents and sync document categories. We've also added passthrough API support for HRworks.
• 📝 Create Employee Form Validation: Text fields in the create employee form now support validation using regular expressions, allowing for more specific input constraints like enforcing a 9-digit SSN.
• 🔐 Lattice: The OAuth connection flow is now more secure, requesting permissions more granularly based on the data you need. We've also improved error surfacing for the create employee form.
• 🗺️ Paylocity: The "SUI State" field on the create employee form is now a standardized dropdown of US states to prevent invalid inputs.
• Sympa: The employee model has been extended to include fields detailing the latest employment change.
• 🐛 Other Fixes: We've shipped various bug fixes and reliability improvements for SD Worx, Dayforce, Rippling, Nmbrs, PeopleHR, and Okta.
