• Linked accounts that have been failing due to invalid API credentials for three consecutive days will now be showed as "Credentials invalid". We will stop attempting to sync data and will show you how to update the invalid API creds (more info here).
  
• All filtering endpoints (e.g. groupids, legalentity_ids, etc.) will now throw an error if an id that does not exist is provided. This prevents issues where a group was deleted and therefore no employees will be returned.

HRIS   

• The “Sandbox” HRIS integration now includes multiple variations of teams and employees to make testing based on it easier and more robust

• The Azure AD integration now supports app-only authentication. This is not turned on by default so if your enterprise customers are asking about this, please reach out to us!

• Fixed a bug where unnecessary users were synced from SmartRecruiters. With this fix, the SmartRecruiters sync times are improved drastically.
• The Pinpoint integration now supports reading interviews
• Fixed: pasting Personio domains into the Personio ATS connection flow would sometimes not be recognised correctly
• Automated Umantis connection setup: Before this change, each Umantis integration would require several manual setup steps from both you and your customer
• Added the Concludis ATS integration. This integration is partner-only, which means that it can currently only be used by official Concludis partners. If you have customers waiting for this integration, please reach out to us so that we can help you get set up to use it as well.

• When creating a new integration in your dev environment, there is a new option called “Sandbox” which acts as a mock integration and allows you to query sample data / make API requests.
  
• New setting: You can now disable new integrations by default. So, if Kombo publishes a new integration it will only be available to your customers if you explicitly enable it. You can configure this setting in your “tools” overview of the dashboard
• Added integration-deleted webhook. When an integration is deleted via the Dashboard UI you can simply consume this webhook to clean up any data related to that integration from your database.
• Implemented passthrough requests to Workday’s SOAP API. You can find more details in our documentation
• Fixed an issue where you could not see the request body of passthrough requests containing form-data
• Added support for specifying the content-type of passthrough API requests. You can now for example submit multipart_form_data in each request.
• Added notes to webhooks: you can label each webhook so that your teammates (and future you) will know why this webhook was created. You can find this in the “webhooks” section of the Kombo dashboard
• Added support for OR filters - passing multiple values in a comma-seperated list - for all filter types. This will reduce the number of requests and complexity when multifiltering.

• 🪝 Standardized assessment webhooks- You will now get a standardized webhook when a recruiter sets up a candidate for an assessment
  • It doesn't matter whether the ATS is sending webhooks at all, sending them via SOAP or REST or following any other funky pattern. You will get a clean notification with the relevant data attached.

• New Gusto HRIS integration- One of the key payroll players in both the European and US markets. Now you can easily let your customers connect their Gusto HRIS via a OAuth

• 🚀 We are very excited to launch our brand new ATS assessment beta- We've been busy behind the scenes working on a new category: a unified API for candidate assessments.
  • This allows you to use the very specific APIs that a lot of ATS offer for streamlining the process about assessing a candidate by a third party tool for skills tests, background checks, or interviewing.
  • It's already supported for SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Recruitee, and Ashby.
  • The benefits? You are integrated right into the UI of the ATS, get real-time notifications about new assessment orders and only minimal data has to be synced for this process.

• ❤️‍🩹 Real-time support in connection flow- Ever had someone struggle with providing their API credentials in the connection flow? Well, in addition to the help center connection guides users will now get real-time support for when they are experiencing issues.

• 🌍 New remote.com HRIS integration- Whether your customer is using an HRIS, just a user directory or an EOR Kombo has you covered in a unified way.
  • With the new remote.com integration there's nothing holding you back from integrating even the employee data of your most distributed customers.

HRIS 

• Mapping of employee standard fields- Even when mapping all the user-defined custom fields there might be data that's not part of the Kombo standard data model but still very valuable to you.
  • That's why now you can also map the standard fields that are exposed by a specific tools to Kombo custom fields
  • You can also still use the alias-feature. Meaning that you can configure something like "map any field called 'passport' to this data point" regardless of whether it's a user-defined custom field or just a standard field. Happy mapping!

• ✔︎ Supported tools per endpoint- In addition to seeing the list of supported model for each tool ("get tools" endpoint) you can now also see all tools that support a specific endpoint.
  • Just go on the documentation page of a specific endpoint (i.e. "create application") and then click on the "Supported integrations" dropdown to see the tools that support this
• 🤝 Partner credentials- If you have a partnership with an ATS or HRIS and want your branding, name and scopes to be used instead of those of Kombo you can share your partner credentials with us to do exactly that

• ⚙️ Exposed scope config template for linked account- You can now see which scope config template is used for a specific connected account via the "get integration details" endpoint so that you are able to use a different mapper based on the scopes you will receive. Happy mapping!

• ⏹️ Supported models for tools- If you want to render your customer-facing UI based on which features are supported for a given tool you can now do that by calling the "get tools" endpoint. It will return all tools that you enabled in your environment and which models are supported per tool!

ATS 

• ⛔︎ Sync only created candidates- This was one of the biggest requests from talent acquisition customers. If you're only interested in tracking the data of the candidates that you exported into the ATS via the Kombo API instead of all the candidates, you can now toggle this on in the scope config
  • This is currently in private beta so reach out to us if you'd like to have it enabled. Happy syncing!
• 🎙️ Interviews on applications- "Name three strengths and weaknesses of yourself". One strength surely is that the "get applications" endpoint will now return you all interviews that belong to this application
• 🎭 On-Behalf-Of overwrite for Greenhouse- In Greenhouse it's possible to specify which user is responsible for a action taken via API. In addition to specifying a default here you can overwrite this info for any given user
• 🔑 Passthrough API for Umantis- You can now use the passthrough API to make any request to any of Haufe Umantis' APIs
