ATS

To further minimize the requested permissions in a connection flow when using ATS actions, we added the following additional scopes:

• Create candidates and applications
• Add application attachment
• Add result link
• Add application note
• Add candidate attachment
• Add candidate tag
• Read attachments
• Set application stage

Thus, after updating your scope configuration, future connection flows will only request permissions for these more granular actions.

The previous scope “Manage candidates and applications” is now deprecated as it will replaced by the new, more granular permissions. You can switch to the new scopes in the scope configuration.

We recommend switching to the new, more granular model as soon as possible! This can be done in the scope configuration section of the dashboard. By 17th July 2024, we'll disable the old model, and auto-migrate everyone who hasn’t switched by enabling all of the newly added scopes (this means there will be no change for you).

• We improved the validity duration of future outstanding connection flow links to 365 days so that you don't run into issues of customers wanting to connect but then having to find an expired link.

• We launched the new Custom field API: this change includes several new endpoints that allow you creating mappings for Kombo's custom_fields via API in addition to doing it via the dashboard.

• Nested org structures: via the parent_id you can now build an org-chart based on Kombo groups endpoint. Added support for Workday and HRWorks.
