💰 Deel: new and improved create-employee action

We've overhauled the create-employee action for Deel. It now provisions employees directly through a dynamic form covering organization, personal, employment, and compensation details.

🚀 What else we've shipped

• a3innuva Nómina: added delta sync support, for faster and more efficient updates of employee and absence data.
• Personio: you can now delete hourly absences with the delete-absence action.
• UKG Ready: the create-employee form now includes an optional EIN field, so you can assign a new hire to a specific legal entity.
• Workday: staffing entities now distinguish FILLED from CLOSED positions, for more accurate position availability.
