• 🗑️ Smarter Timesheet Deletion Tracking: We've improved how we handle deletion tracking for timesheets. The system now respects the configured historical sync window (e.g., 2 months), preventing older timesheet records that fall outside this window from being incorrectly marked as deleted during a sync.

🚀 What else we've shipped

✨ New Capabilities & Enhancements:

• Workday: Timesheet sync now includes open time clock events for employees who are currently clocked in. We also improved the `create-employee` action by relaxing some form field requirements.
• HiBob: You can now access employee bank account details as mappable custom fields via a new integration setting. We also improved the handling of canceled absences during delta syncs.
• Paycor: Job titles are now populated only for the most recent employment record. A new setting also allows you to sync only the single most recent employment record per employee.
• OysterHR: You can now connect to an OysterHR sandbox environment for testing purposes.

⚡️ Performance & Reliability:

• Improved the performance of syncs for integrations with a very large number of positions (such as Workday) by adding throttling to certain database operations.
• SFTP: Fixed a character encoding issue for a specific customer's connection (Peter Hahn) to ensure names with special characters are synced correctly.
• We also shipped reliability fixes for Loket, Payfit, Personio, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and DATEV HR.
