• 🚀 Sage HR: We've significantly expanded the create-employee action. You can now set a wide range of fields, including gender, job title, date of birth, phone numbers, home address, and various Sage HR-specific fields like manager, team, approvers, and even custom fields.
• 📊 UKG Ready & Paylocity Model Expansions: We've enriched our data models for several integrations.
  • For UKG Ready, the employee model now includes Social Security Numbers (SSN), and the employment model includes job titles.
  • For Paylocity, the employee model now includes start_date, termination_date, and a link to the legal_entity_id.

• ⚙️ Integration-Specific Improvements:
  • Workday: Fixed an issue with timezone calculations for time clock events to ensure accurate timesheet data. The setting to skip evergreen requisitions is now also applied to HRIS syncs.
  • Employment Hero: The OAuth flow has been updated to support PKCE for enhanced security.
  • SCIM: Improved sync stability by preventing failures caused by references to users or groups that are out of scope.
  • SAP SuccessFactors: We've resolved issues that could cause database timeouts during large syncs and fixed bugs related to custom field mapping.
  • DATEV: Historical syncs now correctly process employees who have gaps in their employment history.
  • Hibob: We've updated our OAuth API calls to include a new required header to comply with recent provider changes.
  • Rippling: The employee's home address now includes the state field.
  • Silae: Fixed an issue to ensure the correct termination date is synced for archived employees.
