• 🌴 HiBob: Custom Fields for Absence Types: You can now map and sync custom fields for absence types from HiBob. This allows you to differentiate between policy types, such as paid vs. unpaid leave, directly through the unified API.
• 🪜 Hansalog: Full Organizational Hierarchy Sync: We can now sync the complete organizational hierarchy from Hansalog. This includes parent-child relationships between departments and teams. It can only be enabled through support, as it could break legacy integrations.

• 📎 AFAS: You can now pass through remote fields when adding employee documents.
• ⚙️ Nmbrs: Added a new optional setting to derive an employee's status (e.g., INACTIVE for rejected applicants) from their Nmbrs employee type, providing more accurate status information.
