📊 Bullhorn: now using global application stages

Bullhorn integrations now use global application stages, so all jobs and applications in an integration share a single, ordered list of stages for more consistent recruitment workflows.

🚀 What else we've shipped

• Ashby: a new setting always creates applications directly instead of through the job posting form, useful when a resume is missing or required screening questions are not answered.
• iCIMS: the Candidate and Job models now include a remote_url field linking to the record in iCIMS.
• Mercury: added the create-candidate action, including creating contacts, adding them to shortlists, and uploading attachments.
• Onlyfy: you can now retrieve attachments with the get-candidate-attachments and get-application-attachments actions.
• Teamtailor: the Candidate model now includes the source field, mapped from referring-site.
