• 📊 iCIMS: You can now sync screening questions and the corresponding answers on applications.
• 📊 Application Stages: The Application Stage model now includes a status field (active/inactive) for iCIMS and Ashby, helping you filter out irrelevant stages.
• 📊 Factorial: The integration now syncs application stages, outcomes (hired/declined), and rejection reasons.
• 📊 SmartRecruiters: The Interview model now includes the video_conferencing_url field.
• 📊 Traffit: The Candidate model now includes phone numbers.

Other Updates

• ⚡ Lever: Optimized full syncs for customers with very high data volumes, significantly improving speed and reliability.
• ⚡ JazzHR: Improved the performance and reliability of syncing screening question answers and added more robust retries for transient API errors.
• 🐛 SAP SuccessFactors: Fixed an issue where screening answers on an application could not be linked back to their corresponding questions. A new setting is also available to treat jobs with only internal postings as OPEN.
• 🐛 Recruiterflow: The create-candidate action now correctly sets the application stage when provided.
• 🐛 API Behavior: The updated_after filter for GET /ats/v1/jobs now correctly includes jobs where only a linked screening question has changed.
