• 📎 Bullhorn: You can now pin a new application to a specific existing candidate using remote_fields in the create-application action. This is useful for preventing duplicate candidates when multiple profiles share the same email address.
• 🔐 Greenhouse: We've significantly improved the reliability of concurrent syncs and webhooks by overhauling how we handle access token rotation. This change prevents sync failures that could previously occur when an access token was refreshed by another process.
• 🏷️ Ashby: A new integration setting allows you to set the candidate source during the creation of new candidates via application forms, ensuring new applicants are correctly attributed.

• 🤝 Data Integrity Fixes: We've shipped several improvements to ensure applications are always correctly linked to fully synced candidate profiles for iCIMS and Ashby. For Greenhouse, we've improved webhook handling for candidate merges and processing order to prevent data inconsistencies.
• 📊 Model & Action Updates:
  • Ashby: Fixed an issue where screening question answers could be wiped by partial webhook payloads.
  • Greenhouse: Fixed an issue with writing candidate tags using the add-tag-to-candidate action.
  • Workable: Fixed an issue where creating an application for an already-declined candidate would result in a misleading permission error.
• ⚙️ Integration-Specific Improvements:
  • Bullhorn for Salesforce: Passthrough API calls will now automatically refresh expired access tokens, and we've improved performance by reducing unnecessary authentications during syncs.
  • JobDiva: Improved performance and reliability by adopting our new shared access token cache. We also made syncs more resilient by allowing them to continue even when the JobDiva API returns errors for specific historical data ranges.
  • Jobvite: Improved connection error messages to help you diagnose permission issues more easily during setup.
  • Loxo: Increased the request rate to help large syncs complete faster.
  • Paycor: Improved reliability by automatically retrying on transient security errors from the Paycor API.
  • Rexx: Added a new integration setting to handle cookie consent banners, preventing boilerplate text from appearing in job descriptions.
  • SmartRecruiters: You can now request additional OAuth scopes through a new integration setting.
  • Workday: Improved performance of ATS syncs by skipping unnecessary API calls. We also improved error messages in the connection flow when setting up custom reports for screening questions.
  • d.vinci: Syncs will no longer fail if a job's application form is unavailable.
